Erik founded Fletcher/CSI in 1988 and monitors all client activities to ensure they meet expectations and Fletcher/CSI’s quality standards. He has over 30 years of experience consulting on and managing key competitive intelligence projects that support clients’ strategic planning, sales, marketing, and growth initiatives. Erik regularly travels internationally to speak at industry events and facilitate strategy workshops. He also leads frequent webinars on Win/Loss Analysis. Erik has a BS in Environmental Studies from Johnson State College, a BS in Economics from the University of Vermont, and a MA in International Affairs from American University. He served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), and has written numerous articles on the integration of CI with strategy, tactics, sales, and development. Erik has also served as adjunct faculty at Champlain College, where he taught undergraduate courses in competitive intelligence
Chad has been part of the Fletcher/CSI team since 1997 and became Chief Operating Officer in 2005. He oversees project activities of the research consulting staff to ensure timely completion of projects in accordance with statements of work and underlying client objectives. Chad has extensive experience leading projects in all four practices areas – Life Sciences, Finance & Insurance, Technology, and General. As a partner and member of the leadership team, Chad helps set company strategy and goals. He also coordinates all internships and is the key liaison between Fletcher/CSI and local universities. Chad holds a BS in Business and an MBA from the University of Vermont, and is an adjunct faculty member at Champlain College and the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS). He is the treasurer and a board member of Switchback Beer Company, a Vermont-based craft brewery that serves the greater New England market.
Gordon has over 25 years of experience working within the European marketing research, competitive intelligence, and learning and development industries. He has a particular interest in the emerging technologies to support the productivity of the sophisticated CI, marketing, and business professional.
Prior to setting up the European office of Fletcher/ CSI, Gordon was Head of Business Development for The Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has been a trusted adviser for some of the largest blue chip companies in Europe in terms of marketing and capability development. Gordon has been a long term member and keen supporter of SCIP. He served as chairman of the London Chapter of SCIP in 1996-1999 and won the prestigious Catalyst Award in 1999.
Cinda has led the Life Sciences practice group since 2001. She has worked with several of the world’s leading life sciences, biotech, medical device, and consumer healthcare companies in most of the major therapeutic areas. Cinda has also worked with many C-level executives, helping them with M&A assessments, portfolio optimization, market landscape analysis, organizational alignment, and strategic planning. Her experience includes managing consulting/research initiatives involving R&D, clinical trials, regulatory, commercialization, manufacturing, distribution, sales and marketing, and life cycle management strategies. Prior to joining Fletcher/CSI, Cinda held positions including Assistant Vice President of Commonwealth Risk, Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Large Account Division, and Regional Marketing Director for Wausau Insurance Company.
Chris began his 25 year consumer products career at Procter & Gamble, where he spent seven years in Brand Management and Supply Chain roles, both in the U.S. and W. Europe. He has also held leadership positions at Reckitt Benckiser (Brand), Giant Eagle (Corporate Brands, NBD), BISSELL Homecare (GM), C&S Wholesale (Sales, Merchandising) and Associated Grocers of NE (Merchandising). Having delivered and been responsible for large P&L’s and brands at the manufacturer, wholesale and retail levels, he recently joined Fletcher CSI to help provide insight and value to clients that develops and delivers measured and supported value in our CPG practice. Chris has full Sales responsibility for our CPG practice, and welcomes all opportunities to learn about your business and needs. He holds an MBA and MA in Economics from the University of Delaware, where he was a Presidential scholar focusing on Decision Support Systems and his thesis examined international trade patterns and resource allocations. He grew up in West Chester PA, and has a BS in Economics from West Chester University, along with an executive education series certification from Carnegie Mellon. He, his wife, three children, dog and two cats live in New Hampshire, and enjoys all of the many activities of his children, hiking, competitive lake swims and skiing.
Mark joined Fletcher/CSI in 2018 with over 20 years of experience helping clients accomplish their goals, and driving company growth as a technology sales and business development leader. After more than 10 years as a top performer at a Fortune 1000 company, he founded and led sales in a range of companies, including a health & wellness SaaS startup (now part of Cerner), the largest IT managed services provider in northern New England (now part of KonicaMinolta), and most recently, a Stevie Gold award-winning sales department at a social media start-up. He brings to Fletcher/CSI a range of competitive knowledge in software, hardware, SaaS, cloud computing, and technology services.
June Mumley joined Fletcher/CSI in 2011. She brings over 20 years of Accounting, IT, and Human Resources experience from a wide-variety of companies, both large and small. June began her career in banking, moving on to accounting positions at a number of well-known and loved Vermont businesses, including Ben and Jerry’s, Bouyea-Fassetts Bakery, Magic Hat Brewing Company, and Green Mountain Harley-Davidson. June majored in Computer Science at Central Connecticut State University.
