Erik Glitman
Managing Director, Research and Operations

Erik Glitman co-founded Fletcher/CSI, and has been active in the competitive intelligence industry since 1985. He is the co-creator of the not-for-profit, Fletcher/CSI Foundation and its annual award for the best writings published on the topic of competitive intelligence.

Glitman has worked with clients in pharmaceutical, machinery, electronics, high tech, insurance and healthcare industries. Through Fletcher/CSI's consulting practice he has extensive experience helping companies expand on sales force successes through strategic planning and the proprietary gathering of competitive intelligence.

Glitman holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Vermont, a B.S. in Environmental Studies from Johnson State College and an M.A. in International Affairs from American University. He has spoken and written extensively on various industry topics, and is a member of the adjunct faculty leading classes in global competitive intelligence at Champlain College (Burlington, VT). He is an active member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP).

Steven Levy is a co-founder of Fletcher/CSI. He has over 20 years experience in executive sales and marketing for Fortune 1000 companies, including Control Data Corporation, Wang Laboratories, Symbol Technologies and First Data Corporation, where he received major awards for sales excellence.

Levy has conducted seminars, focus groups and sales effectiveness workshops for Fortune 500 companies such as General Electric, General Motors, Cigna and NovoNordisk. He has long been recognized internationally as a speaker on the integration of competitive intelligence into sales and marketing organizations, most recently for the American Marketing Association, the Institute for International Research and the Strategic Research Institute.

Levy holds a B.A. in Behavioral Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is an active member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals.
